What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Unfortunately, we no longer accept homemade baked goods.
How can I check my order status?
After placing your order (yay!), you will immediately get an email with an order confirmation number. If you are as impatient as we are, you can feel free to use this number to check the status of your order at any time here on our website. Also, keep your eyes peeled for a shipping confirmation email.
How do I cancel my order?
If you simply must cancel, although we can’t imagine why, we recommend emailing us at as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we can stop the process and refund your money.
If the order has already shipped, you'll need to send them back to us through our Shipping & Returns page.
I haven’t seen any confirmation emails. Why am I not receiving emails?
Do not panic. First, check your spam folder. For some reason our emails sometimes end up there, but fear not.
If our confirmation emails aren’t in your spam folder, we recommend logging in to your customer account here on our website to look up your order. If you are unable to do so, an error may have occurred when inputting your email address. Email us to get that cleared right up.
If all else fails, give us a ring. Our customer service team would love to help make sure your socks are making their way to you, so call (800) 930-0955 or email us for a helping hand.
Can I get curbside pickup?
Sure! If you're a local shopper in the San Luis Obispo area near our warehouse, we're happy to let you drop by and pick up your order rather than wait for shipping. Learn more here.

What are customs?
Think of customs and VAT (Value Added Tax) as your country’s way of taxing you for buying goods abroad. Each country calculates these fees and processes these orders differently. We recommend calling your local postal service to inquire about added customs fees and additional time added to your delivery date.

My order was over $100, then my discount code brought it below. Can I still get free shipping?
Your total of products (not including gift cards or gift wrapping), must be over $100 after all codes are applied. We are happy to provide our domestic free shipping offer for orders over $100 year-round, whether we have a promotion going on or not. If you are close to the $100 threshold, we suggest you check out our sale section for a discontinued style that will put you over $100 to knock off your shipping fee.
Are all products on your site eligible for discounts?
Nearly all full-priced items are eligible for discounts with the exception of our Goodly gift boxes.
What is your return policy?
We want to see you jumping with joy over your new Goodly order! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know what we can do to make it better. Products can be returned within 30 days of when your order shipped, as long as they are in their original packing and condition. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
We offer free return shipping for orders in the United States.
“Original condition” means:
- Products may not be worn or used
- The packaging cannot be altered

How do I make an exchange?
If you’d like an item from your order for a different product, just go ahead and order the new product. Then return the original item using the process listed above. We’ll process your refund 5-7 days after receiving the returned item.
Do you offer gift cards?
You’re in luck! Our gift cards come in different amounts and include no additional fees. They arrive in your email after you purchase them online.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Send any of our Goodly gift boxes to your recipient of choice and to surprise and delight with our custom Goodly packaging. Do you offer socks in larger sizes?
Yes! We like to carry something for everyone! If you seek larger men’s socks, check out our XL collection. Women seeking larger sizes can choose to peruse the men’s socks or check out our collection of wide calf knee high socks.

Do your socks require special care?
Our wild and crazy socks are made by lots of different brands that have their own care recommendations. In general, we suggest you always wash your novelty socks inside out to preserve their quality and color for as long as possible.

What are “seamless toe” socks?
In the sock world, different brands use the term “seamless toe” to describe socks that are designed to not irritate the toes with an obtrusive seam. Many of these socks do still have a very minimal, flat seam at the toe, but it is woven in such a way that it does not rub against sensitive areas. Because we sell socks from lots of different brands, we sort only those that we believe have the most minimal seam into our seamless toe collection. If you have a particular sensitivity to seams, we understand and we are happy to make recommendations about precisely which styles will work best for you. We encourage you to reach out via email!
Can I order custom socks?
Absolutely! We offer bulk orders of custom socks for large groups, businesses and events. Feel free to reach out to us by email or phone, and we’re happy to work with you to find a style that you or your group will love!
Do you have a brick-and-mortar shop?
No, we no longer have a retail store. Our beloved little boutique in downtown San Luis Obispo was open from 2007 to March 2020, when we made the difficult decision to permanently close the shop during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our online store remains open here on sockdrawer.com, and all orders within SLO County ship free.
