    We work closely with our mail carriers to get your packages to you as quickly as possible during the busy holiday season, but we cannot guarantee delivery in the face of unforeseen circumstances such as winter weather. We encourage you to place your order as soon as you can to be sure your holiday is as merry as can be!

    *Standard Orders are processed Monday-Friday within three business days, excluding Federal Holidays. Free shipping within the US at $100 is calculated on the products purchased after any discounts and does not include gift cards or gift wrapping. 

    **Expedited FedEx orders received by 10a.m. PST Monday-Friday will ship by end of same day. Orders placed on weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays will ship by end of next business day. There is no Saturday delivery.

    Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

    When entering your shipping address, please ensure you double-check all address fields for accuracy. Please add any Apartment or Suite number. Goodly is not responsible for any additional costs associated with re-shipping an order. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will have two options: You can pay additional shipping fees to have the package sent to the correct address OR we can cancel the order and refund you for the order total less original shipping costs.

    Our international shipping rates are based on the size of your order and the distance the package needs to travel to you. Shipping rates are determined at checkout.

      U.S. Returns

      Your order from Goodly should make you happy! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do what we can to make it better.

      Products may be returned to us preferably in their original condition. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.

      If you have decided to exchange an item you ordered for another product on our website, go ahead and place an order for the new item! Then follow the steps below to return the item you'd like to return. We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive them.

      International Returns

      If you live outside the United States and want to return your order, please ship them back to us using any delivery service that is most convenient for you. Send the package to this address:
